Just a message to say thank you so much for your course I attended at my friend’s home few months back. Today my one year old boy choked on a crisp of his older brother. Little lives enabled me to carry out back blows then chest thrusts which dislodged the crisp. Just wanted to say a huge thank you!!!!! My little life is smiling away like nothing happened.

A huge thank you for our Baby & Child First Aid course yesterday. I found the course very informative and I particularly like the 'memory jogger' to refer back to. Francesca was great - friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend this course to all parents.

Attended the course today at Cove was excellent. Francesca gave excellent examples both professional and personal and certainly has given me confidence that I have a lot more knowledge . Well worth going an enjoyable Saturday afternoon.

I Attended this course with Francesca yesterday, it was Informative and really well presented with lots of time allowed for questions and shared stories. Everything you would be concerned about as a parent, grandparent or carer was covered from birth to early teens and even a little adult stuff. Myself & 3 friends did Francesca's infant first aid course today.
It was very informative & has left me feeling far more confident should I ever need to use first aid. Francesca was lovely & very patient while we had our 4 babies with us.
