Terms and Conditions:

1. About Us

These terms and conditions apply to bookings made with Little Lives First Aid Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a course with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Little Lives First Aid Ltd provides paediatric first aid training courses throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

2. Course Bookings and Payment

A place on a course is only confirmed once full payment has been received (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance).

Course prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

For private group bookings, prices will be confirmed following discussion of your requirements, including group size, location and course format.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your place on a course, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date may be eligible for a refund or transfer to an alternative course date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your place.
If you do not attend the course without prior notice, a refund will not be provided.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Please contact us if you are unable to attend and we will always try to find a suitable solution where possible.

4. Course Changes and Cancellations

Little Lives First Aid Ltd reserves the right to amend course dates, venues or instructors where necessary.

If we need to cancel a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.

5. Course Requirements

Learners must:

Be physically able to take part in practical elements of the course, including CPR practice.
Meet any minimum age requirements for the qualification being undertaken.
Participate fully in practical activities and assessments.

Completion of a course does not guarantee certification. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required assessments.

6. Qualifications and Certification

Where applicable, courses leading to a recognised qualification are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the relevant awarding organisation, such as Qualsafe Awards.

Certificates are only issued to learners who successfully complete the required assessments.

7. Private and Group Bookings

Private courses are tailored to the needs of the group. Booking details, prices and any specific requirements will be agreed in advance.

The organisation making the booking is responsible for ensuring that payment is made and that learners are aware of any course requirements.

8. Website Information

We aim to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, course content, dates, venues and prices may change from time to time.

Information provided on this website is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice.

9. Liability

Little Lives First Aid Ltd will deliver training with reasonable care and skill.

First aid training is designed to provide learners with knowledge and practical skills to assist in an emergency; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in real-life situations.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and course materials, belongs to Little Lives First Aid Ltd unless otherwise stated and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
