Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis (RQF)

This 4 hour qualification has been designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, at home or in voluntary and community activities, to provide basic life support and manage anaphylaxis when dealing with an emergency. Successful candidates will be able to recognise the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, and will be equipped with the vital skills needed to administer safe, prompt and effective treatment. This course is Ofqual regulated and the content is approved by the Anaphylaxis Campaign.

Other information:

 

Assessment is via practical assessments and on successful completion a certificate is issued which is valid for 1 year. Learners must be physically capable of carrying out the practical aspects of the course and must be a minimum 14yrs of age.

Candidates per course: Minimum 5, maximum 12.
