Hi, I'm Francesca, the founder of Little Lives First Aid.

As both an experienced paramedic and a mum of two, I understand just how quickly little ones can find themselves in need of first aid. I also know how overwhelming it can feel when you're faced with an emergency involving a child.

Throughout my career on the frontline of the ambulance service, I've seen first-hand the difference that quick, confident first aid can make before an ambulance arrives. I've also met many parents, grandparents and carers who wanted to help but simply hadn't been taught the skills or had the confidence to act.

That's why I founded Little Lives First Aid.

My mission is to provide friendly, practical paediatric first aid training that gives people the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond calmly in an emergency. I believe first aid should be engaging, hands-on and easy to remember, so my courses are relaxed and interactive - giving everyone plenty of opportunity to practise and ask questions.

I'm proud to deliver courses throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire for parents, grandparents, carers, schools, nurseries, childminders, businesses and community groups. Whether you're learning first aid for your family, your workplace or simply for peace of mind, my aim is the same - to help you leave feeling confident, prepared and ready to act when every second counts.
