We may also ask for your address for invoicing purposes or if carrying out a course in your home
Any third party we use, such as our awarding body Qualsafe complies with current legislation and is under strict obligation to keep your personal information private. Little Lives First Aid does not store any credit card information.
How We Use Your Information:
We use your information to process your order, request payment and keep records to enable us to give follow up customer service if requested by you.
If you have opted to receive marketing emails from us; or have requested to be kept informed of future courses and events, then we may contact you occasionally via email. However, please note that if you inform us that you no longer wish to receive information from us, your details will be removed from our database
How We Store Your Information:
We store your information on our Database, which is held on secure servers. Our service provider who own these also complies with current GDPR legislation.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information:
We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer of Little Lives First Aid or if you request to keep updated about future courses.
